We ship all orders from New Zealand. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns

We want you to love your Shree Jewels purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

• We'll provide you with return instructions
• Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
